PRIVACY OF DATA / PUBLICATION OF IMAGES
Intrinsic Sports collects minimal information about you, our customers. All information is provided by our customers, and is restricted to contact details, communication history and records of competitions entered. Intrinsic Sports only uses this information in the process of organising and conducting sporting competitions; contacting our current and past players and informing interested participants of our upcoming competitions.
Intrinsic Sports will not disclose the contact details of any of any players, current or past, without your express permission and then only for the particular purpose agreed.
COVID-19
Intrinsic Sports will keep a separate register of the contact details of all participants, spectators and staff at our competitions for the express purpose of tracing any person that has been potentially exposed to the COVID-19 virus at one of our competitions. This data will be kept confidentially and securely however may be required by NSW Health.
PUBLICATION OF IMAGES
Intrinsic Sports may publish images of individual players or teams on our social media pages; such images will always be in the context of our competitions.
